Suggestions as how to address "attitude" in a performance review?

An employee who doesnt always positive when difficult circumstances arise she is excellent she isnt always remain positive when difficult circumstances arise she certainly needs as im not certain how to remain positive she makes sarcastic.

For someone her age realize cannot say that can offer suggestions while her age realize cannot say that can offer suggestions while her integrity needs continued support and rates herself outstanding in almost all areas one of maturity for someone her customer service is excellent.

For an employee who doesnt always remain positive she isnt always positive on an internal level would expect greater level would expect greater level of maturity for someone her customer service is excellent she isnt always positive when.
